Ok, so I haven't started modding my CX yet, but I do plan on dropping a B18 into it and turboing it. I want to get the exhaust right now though even though I still have the stock motor, just because my stock one is rusting and about to fall off . What exhuasts do you guys recommend? I'm eventually going to want this to be a full turbo exhaust, so I'll probably want like 3" piping, but for now can I use that with my stock motor? What kind of exhuasts come with this size piping for a CX? Also, I want something that isn't going to blow my ears off because the car will probably still see some miles on the street once it becomes a track car.

Brands that I'm framiliar with are Apex'i, Greddy, Stromung, Remus, but which ones should I look at specifically (i.e. models), and I'm willing to use any brand, but I just need some recommendations. Thanks you guys!

no point in having a 3" exhaust on a car that makes 70hp.. get the motor 1st, then the turbo.. and then get the exhaust after.

 

You should try and get an APC exhaust there really gud...LOL..jp...You should take a look at Tanabe, skunk2, es oval,magnaflow,hks,spoon,mugen, etc....

 

I barely drive the car right now, just need to move it from place to place to put on parts. I'm searching for a motor right now, why flame me? Does it make you feel better? Stop wasting yours and my time, these forums are here to help people. I just got the car, and it's not my only one, so it's just a side project.

 

Could someone please reply with some useful information? What are some of the better exhausts period for the Civic? Thanks to those who can help.
