Default Install Price opinion

I just bought a exedy stg. 1 organic clutch for my 99 si/b16, and just wondering how much the average install price is for a new clutch. This buddy of mine wanted to install it for like 250 and said it would take him 2 day to resurface FW and drop tranny etc. I just dont wanna get ripped off for a stupid clutch install ,thx.

If your not comfortable doing it yourself try helping out and watching. It's pretty easy and then you will be able to do it the next time around yourself atleast.

man thats a hell of a deal if thats all hes going to charge you. ive done them before and its not hard by any means its just a little time consuming. i once had to pay to get mine done because winter was rolling and and i didnt want to work in the snow and cold to do it and i think i was charged 350 and that way by a guy that i knew at a shop. expect 4-550 if u go to a shop
