droppedcrxsi's site should cover pretty much what kind of parts you'll want to get and what steps you have to go through. But if you are like me, and you are uncomfortable with doing your own wiring then you can go to several people on H-T and they will do up a custom harness for you that will allow you to just plug everything up.
For wiring most people modify their stock engine wiring harness. I believe they do this by replacing all the stock engine harness plugs with the plugs for the motor they are swapping in. So for your car you would be taking your 91 Si harness and either cutting or re-pinning plugs like the dizzy plugs, alternator plugs and other sensor plugs, and replacing them with the GSR plugs. Then you add some additional wires so that you can connect your GSR ECU directly to the following parts: the VTEC solenoid, VTEC oil pressure sensor, knock sensor and I think the IAB (or was it the O2 sensor?).
I am not 100% sure about the wiring though, but like I said you can contact somebody else and have them make up the custom engine harness and an OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness. Try contacting H-T member nikitad and see if he can make up a wiring harness and conversion harness for you. He might be tied up with other stuff though, because a couple of things came up recently.
Just contact nikitad to get a price quote, and tell him "BlueShadow" sent you.

Ryan's page is a good one and should answer most of your questions (plus he does respond to e-mail).
One problem with all this engine swap stuff is that there are so many possible variations that's almost impossible to find all the answers at one site. So, here is what I'd recommend to just about anybody that is thinking of doing a swap;
Get a notebook and list all the questions and issues that have to be addressed. Then research each one at a time until it's all answered. Don't touch a bolt until you know what all has to be done. This WILL save you time and also money.
Things to put on the list;
1. Is it to be smog legal? (think about this BEFORE gettting pulled over by the police)
2. OBD0 or OBD1?
3. How is the wiring done? (get crazy and list all the sensors that are on the engine that need to be hooked up to the ECU and address each)
4. Engine vacumn lines?
5. Axles?
6. Which mount kit and why (engine placement is different with different manufacturers)?
7. Shift linkage?
8. Radiator and hoses?
9. Will you want to have AC?
You get the idea.

I've thought about tracking my issues/problems/fixes for the GSR into a ED swap.
Dropped's webpage is nice, i just hate/loathe Geocities. the red colour of the page is difficult to read at times. I can't blame him for web design, as I'm not sure he's even a webpage designer. However, his content is there and available for people to research.
He's also got pictures to document some of the stuff.
I just wish there was one place where ALL technical type of issues could be found for CRXs and swapping in engines and such.
I might have to do this. anyone want to contribute pictures

What do ya need man... I can type up whatever needed. I basically have a good general idea of whats needed for basically any swap into an ed chassis. We should host a site that has every sinerio possible, for example... b18c swap into ed with cable, hydro, obd1, obd0, gsr manifold, S2/itr manifold, exc... So ya I would be willing to post what I know and we could get something goin.

What I was having trouble with and what seems to scare a lot of people is the wiring and ECU re-pinning. A very thorough how-to or step-by-step instructions on what wires need to be cut and spliced into the stock CRX harness, or what wires need to be swapped for the ECU would be nice. Maybe even a brief run down of what plug or wire goes where on the engine would be helpful.
what do you guys think?
When I get my wiring harness and OBD conversion harness from nikitad, I'm gonna study the engine harness and take digintal pictures and overlay the names of all the plugs in the pics.

Cool, and the guy who started this thread was asking me to make his harness, I will take pics while I make it this time.

check your IM for the price quote.
EDIT: I had asked him to make a DX harness and OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness so that all I would have to do is plug it all in. I went this route, because I didn't want to get stuck while doing my wiring. I want to be able to swap the motor in as few days as possible. Also I dont know how to solder wiring, but I told nikitad hat I could crimp a mean butt connector

This isn't meant as a slam against you, but think about cutting Ryan (droppedcrxsi) some slack. Out of all the individuals that are members of this board, his is the site that others are recommending to be looked at!!!
There are things about Geocities that bug me also, but it's free. Pop-ups can be avoided by just turning off Java prior to going to the site.
Prior to my playing around with Hondas, I was an Administrator and Moderator for a Chevelle web site. I wrote a lot of articles for that site and leaned a lot.
First off, regardless of how much data is presented, somebody will write to complain! It seems like a lot of those complaining wouldn't bother buying the factory manual or even one of the many books that are available at the local Borders.
Second, how a page is viewed is also a function of what browser the individual is using. When I write a page, I go in and view it using both Netscape and also Microsoft's browser. Then there is AOL's browser. They all view and print differently.
What I'd like to see would be a directory of individuals and what they have done to their car. To be included, they should allow their e-mail address or web site to be "linked" to.

good idea, only downside is managing the site.
Ryan/Dropped, I didn't mean that the content wasn't good, it's just how it's displayed/organized. I'm sure if you spent some time on it, it'd be a good looking site. Regardless, I'm happy you actually went out of your way to do that.
Katman's FF Squad site looks like it was beginning to develop this resource. But, most of the stuff doesn't work...

Thanks guys. Wes, your site is great too man, it dosent have the big major things like swaps, but the little things like the skunk2 manifold install and the wring section helped me soooo much!! I love how you included part numbers, and showed readers your custom techniques.
I know that my site is not organized the best, but I am not so good at that part I guess, and the fact that the site has been added on to so much. I try and keep it updated, but that process seems to make it "messy".
I would be willing to do a new/ clean site with help from others here. Your write-ups, and design input could be used to make it perfect.
I had Katmans link, what is it again?
Oh, and I hear my site looks bad on netscape, could someone please let me know, because I only have Fire Fox, and MS IE.
Thanks, Ryan

Ryan;
You should be able to download a copy of Netscape for free. If not, contact your service provider and see if they will send you a copy.
I use Microsoft Front Page to make up pages and would recommend it, however they (Microsoft) seem to like to have codes that are not necessarily industry standard HTML codes. They are Microsoft specific! That's why I go in and "verify" how a page looks with Netscape. (I could set you up with the same deal as the rack)
I don't recall viewing your site with Netscape showing any problems.
There is nothing that you can do about pop-ups while still on Geocities. What they do is go into your page (the code) and add the Java script instructions that cause the pop-ups. You could remove them, but Geocities would just go back in and add them again.
