Okay, what exactly would you like to know?
I don't mean to flame or poke fun, but a sway bar is basically, "Take the old one out, and put the new one in exactly like the old one."
What specific questions do you have?
1) Jack up rear of the car using the tow hook and support the stock jack points with some nice stands.
2) Unbolt the rear bar wherever it's connected to the car and remove it.
3) Put the new bar in the same place using whatever bushings and brackets that came with it. You'll have to use different ones because your new one is of a much larger diameter.

if you haven't gotten a beaks kit or bsq kit, i suggest you get it before you do the install. also keep trying that link, some times it works and some times it doesn't. oh yeah make sure you get bushings that are for 23mm and not 22mm
Yea you'll need a BSQ or Beaks kit to adapt the ITR bar to your subframe.
Try that link above to BSQ's site later. He's on geocities and doesn't have unlimited bandwidth. Or you can sign up at http://www.team-integra.net and go to the articles section. There's a guide with step-by-step pics on how to do it.
