Default tail light problem...

yes.. I already did a search...

I ahve this posted on HHU, but I need some answers quick.. becuz I can't use my taillights until this gets fixed..

FedEx called me yesterday at 8:30 in the morning for directiosn to my house... why they need directiosn I have no ******* idea since they're here every other week (I love ebay) anywhoo, they finally dropped off my new taillights this morning. I opened them up and they're beautiful.. they're clear.. hahaha.. no more euro's for me..

anywhoo... I have a little problem. since they're clear, I need red, orange, and clear bulbs.. the lights came with the red and orange, and I picked up some clear ones. my problem now is that the ligths are totally different from the ones I have now. you know how the lights are, with the bulb, then the flat *** end that plugs in, but these ones are larger and have the cylendrical ends. what should I do? do they make adapters that plug into the line (I noticed how you can unplug the things that screw into the lights) to replace them? or just hardwire them? (if I hardwire them, I'll have a hard time putting them in where they're soposed to be)

So your saying, you bought ALL clear taillights and theres no adapter for the trunk light adapter which uses the reverse light and the inner break light? I have the same problem, when I bought my clear tails, it was the same thing. I just live with it, I have a break light and a turn signal, I'm not in reverse often so I dont worry about it.

Although, I'm going JDM as soon as I heal from my surgery and I cant ******* wait to get that rice off my car.

Yeah, since I can't afford genuine Spoon or Mugen. I'll probably get a knock off one from JDMSHIT.com. I'm also gonna get the JDM corner peices (not the all amber ones, the other ones).

I have a GBP EJ1 Coupe, so I'm gonna take off my blingin' 17's and throw on some 15" bronze slips.

First off, here's the euro's on the civic now, with the new clears on the trunk (please don't steal my baby.. it's not worth it.. haha)

yeah.. I can order them... but only online and they're around 12 bucks apiece..

I called all 5 auto shops around my area and they don't have any.. hell, the one place laughed at me

I e-mailed the company I bought the lights from to see if they can send me the ones I need in exchange... I'm really tempted to call the honda shop..

I just want to get rid of these ricey taillights now... I'm tempted to put the stock ones on until I get the new lights in

update:

blah.. just spent the last 30-45 minutes searching for those ******* lightbulbs... and I ended up spending around 16-17 bucks to get 4 red 7443's and 2 red/chrome 7440's (yeah.. the chrome ones were the cheapest I found) hell, I almost bought the led lights, but I said **** it... who cares? with my luck, some cop is going to pull me over and tell me that my lights are illegal, but the thing is, you only need red the size of a dime, and the bulb itself will take care of that..
