if it's just a stock motor...then neither will give you any sort of gains. even with basic bolt ons...a spark plug still will not give you any sort of gains unless they're old as heck or fouled. if you're turbo...now that's a different story.

Had the Denso one in my GSR the ceramic cracked after 1 year, car ran shitty, went to a local speedshop Picked up some BLITZ iridium Plugs, (made by NGK) never had a problem since.

I would go with the NGK stuff, to me they are tried and proven, BTW, most Hondas/Acuras come with the NGK-R stuff anyway... But considering the price the dealer Charges for them plugs, you might as well buy the NGK iridium stuff even though people say the gain are minimal.

Clubplug has them for cheap, and only $5 shipping in the us!

no need for bolt on motor. But if you runing high c/r or turbo it's different. Just go to autopart and ask for NGK. They are like a couple bucks each.
