Skunk 2 IM, crap inside?

I just bought a skunk 2 IM and when I look inside one of the runners it looks like there's JB Weld or something in there. WTF is up with that? Should I complain about this or is it normal?

If it looks real bad then yea I would sure as hell complain. You don't pay 300$ to get a defective product. If its just a little messed up, hit it up with a dremel and call it a day.
