i was driving in the interstate and about after 45 minutes of driving goin about 80 mph, i notice my temp guage unsually higher then normal. i put it in nuetral and it went back down to normal, but if round 80 or past the temp goes way up. if driving normal (40) then its normal. what could this be?

yes i have plenty of coolant so i dont think there is any leaks. and i dont think there is smoke from the exhaust but i stopped at a gas station and it started smoking. smoke was coming from somewhere under the IM

sounds like a leak from a hose under the i/m. check your coolant level again. i bet its low

if you see like little dot of oil in it you are going to need new head gasket
