PROBLEM WITH IDLE AND 1ST GEAR POWER/ BACKFIRE/ O2 CODES
HI I HAVE A 99 CIVIC SI AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON WITH THE CODES PO108, AND PO133, WHEN THE 108 COMES ON MY CAR RUNS LIKE CRAP IT STARTS REVING UP AND DOWN AND WHEN I TAKE OFF IN 1ST GEAR IT HAS NO POWER (ALSO IN REVERSE) IT BOGS DOWN, THE CODE SAYS PO 108 (MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE/BAROMETRIC PRESSURE CIRCUIT HIGH INPUT AND THE PO133 SAYS O2 SENSOR CIRCUIT SLOW RESPONSE (BANK1 SENSOR 1) CAN ANYONE HELP ME
Well, with respect to the MAP code: It could be your wiring or the SAFC - the MAP signal has to pass right through this. Perhaps de-install to make sure it isn't the culprit.
Did you plug the O2 sensor back in?
If you reset the ECU, do these codes come back immediately?

it was already installed when i got the car and has ran fine for about 6 months, now its acting up, the o2 sensor is plugged in i just put in an catco catalytitic converter in, and the codes dont come right back on sometimes a day sometimes a week
