Default Expo: Bad news for me...

My transmission is phucked. I have 100 miles on the ats and new act clutch/fw setup. The car was giving me problems last night going into first gear, and it would not go without pumping the clutch a few times. It happened a few times on the way to work, while shifting. When I left, it was popping out of gear, 4th to be specific. I took it to a&h, who I had send my trans to a reputable dealership (davis acura) to have the FD and gears installed. The car felt fine up until last night, and now it pops out of 4th gear like crazy. The a&h mechanics checked all obvious things, and determined it's an internal problem and it's gotta be pulled. If I pull it tomorrow in the holiday inn parking lot, and hope to replace the bearing; I may get lucky, but I void the warranty too.

It does not look like i'm driving in the event.

Mike- who's spent a fortune for this and is disgusted.

Thanks, but I don't know if I want to risk cracking it. If something internal has gone wrong, synchros, spacing; they are responsible for repairing it. As much as I REALLY would love check the FD at the expo, I don't want to waste time and lose any warranty on it. I was thinking it may be the release bearing, but it was new and these may not be symptoms of a bad bearing.

Funny you mention those crazy harris', I was just thinking they'd be the ones to diagnose what's happening. I happen to be a "harris" also, so we're like brothers anyway!
