i have a 4 dr. ls and was looking to purchase an exhaust soon. i wanted a greddy evo 2 or apexi n1 but they dont have the application for a 4 dr. i dont know which exhausts r good for a 4 dr. i was thinkin skunk 2 but need other opinions. thanks

 

get custom mandrel bent 2 1/4 piping and a muffler welded to it ...

works the same for a fraction of the cost

 

uhm, do some more research. what are you going to do with your car later?? are you going all motor, force induction or just mild bolt ons? for just mild bolt ons, i would go with an exhaust with a 2.25 exhaust, internal work/all motor, 2.5 and so on. but to get the most out of the exhaust, you need to get a header and a cat with the same diameter opening as the exhaust. hope that helped a little. just do some more research so you know what you want.

 

it's also what you like man. i was there before trying to figure out what exhaust i want to put on my car. i also got a 4 door and it was hard. Even if you cant' find application to our cars. you can buy the exhaust and custom it to fit on to our cars. It's not too much more. It really does matter what you are planning to do with your car later on. I'm not goin n/a so it made it that much easier for me to pick exhaust.=p

 

I just had a stainless steel mandrel bent 2.25" and an ITR axel back and I love this set-up. I am not planning too much motor work so this is perfect for me, maybe just a few more bolt-ons. But to let you know this is my third set-up til I found something I really liked.

 

on my db8 i have custom mandrel from meineke 2.25 , straight, and a ls muffler.

works good for me. i hate loud cars.
