my oil has traces of gasoline smells on it .....

I was and still run a little rich..could that be the problem ?

another one is, if the CEL is on for secondary O2 sensor, doe sit run rich/limp mode ? since it's just trying to tell you that the cat is bad ??

MAYBE WAY TO RICH AND OR BAD PISTON RINGS, CHECK PLUGS-COMPRESSION ETC...

could also be a leaky injector. Dripping when engine not running.

No. no limp mode for 2ndary O2 sensor code.
