Default clutch problem

how can you tell if the clutch is goin bad?
some people told me to go from 1st , to 2nd then 5th
and some people told me to start in 2nd and if it picks up speed then its good.

today when i put it in 1st and was about to release teh clutch, the whole car started shaking until i gave it a lot of gas, then it was fine, also during the day it was fine tooo only in the morning when i started driving it, it was like that

i dont know if it's your clutch or your motor mounts. what you might actually be fealling is the engine rocking back and forth in your engine bay. to see if it's your mounts, then wait till the engineiscool and reach down to check if there in good shape. theres on in the front of the engine and one in the back connected to the subframe. the one in the front is an oval shped metal thing about 2 inches wide right in between the fans. the one in the back is hard to get to and may need to be veiwed from under the car. another posability is just moisture on the clutch from not driving it in a long time, like a week. if it is the motor mountsyou prolly want to replace them and buy inserts of ebay.
