Default Safe boost on a b18c1 ? ? ?

Ive tried the search buttons but i cant find any information.

How much turbo boost can a b18c1 integra motor handle without touching the motor.

Only mods i have is a greddy evo exhaust.

Ive heard of the revhard kit, but only comes with 6psi. I had a friend who ran 11psi with the almost the same turbo kit and a thick headgasket done. Is that possible, i stopped learning about hondas' in 2000 because i had a eclipse, so i really dont know much about forced inductions in integras. Hoping to run low 14s maybe high 13s. Any opinions could be appreciated,

Thanks

there's about 1000000 threads on "What a safe amount of boost for X motor?" generally 8-10 well tuned. you will find guys that blow at 6lbs and some guys who dont blow at 15lbs and every motor is different so there's no real specific number.
