Default obd 0 and obd 1 splicing, is it possible?

Heres the situation.
I just bought a b18a1 for dirt cheap.
Now its OBD 0 and my civic is OBD 1 (yeah i know its illegal to swap in an older engine but thats not really the issue)
Ive got a 93 civic EX so its got ABS.
So the question is how can i use the old engine, distributor, alternator, and manifolds and still have the ABS from the civic? Is there anyway it can be done? custom harnesses? or Would i just have to give up ABS if I want to put the b18a1 in?
