Default looking for an indash reciever for now...

i havent decided what brain unit i wanna buy yet but id like to figure out what reciever id like to hook it up with. I guess the only spec im looking for the receiever would be ..under 500 and 7" indash screen. id also like to purchase a pioneer, panasonic(which i have now as a deck), or kenwood since ive learned they are good names..

thanks all for the help..

btw, is it cheaper to buy overseas? my dad is leaving next month to singapore and vietname. just wondering if it would be cheaper. And what sites do you guys recommending to purchase from??

yep. sometimes they are not using the same fm frequency as us, but im pretty sure you can get an adapter to fix that.

And in my experiences, most indashes under 500 are poo... in exception to the pioneer 6400cd

save that money and get a good screen, pioneer 6500/6600, the new premier piece, avx-8 ( no experience with it whatsoever, not even on there website) and some of the panasonics you can get for a good 850 or so.

I just recently purchased a panasonic for my moms car, it has every feature the pioneer 7500 has but touchscreen and she loves it.

g'luck
