Can pretty much any honda b or d series transmission bolt up to any b series or d series block. I was wondering because i want to perhaps swap in a tranny with an OEM LSD onto a d16y8. I know the transmission shafts may be different sizes, but can this be fixed by simply using a different disc?

 

B & D series parts dont interchanges...if you want to put a LSD tranny on to your D16...i recommend using one of the JDM D15B tranny i think LSD is optional for that tranny and if you find one you should be able to use it on your D-series motor
