inline....everything is legit..guys are real cool and will help u with anything

nu image- place to get shitty work done by kids who dont know anything, place to get ripped off and place to buy stolen stuff...good place to go to get emissions or inspection, or anything else that u might need that is considered shady

vertex-place where they sell wings and bodykits, dont know **** about performance but if u want a kit and a wing, place to go

IPT on route 1----shittest shop of them all, friends left a car there for them to put a clutch in over night and the kid that works there (Mike Lane) stole his head (long story)

eitherway all these places suck around here...go to inline, or order off the internet, also dragIIcivic (antonio) can order stuff and is runnin a little shop...talk to him, hes real cool and is willing to help everyone out, a real true genuine guy

Yeah, I know IPT on RT 1 sucks, my friend bought a WW kit for his saturn and it took them 3 months to tell him that they could not get it and give him a damn store credit.

Quality tire seems legit , i have heard stories of **** getting stolen two days after the work was done.

Outlaw down in Stafford va does quality work.

AA speed on RT 1 north near occoquan does great jobs on exhaust systems.

Inline represents on the track to the people that i know with hybrids, go there for parts.

Vertex told my friend they could get him a b16 for his sol and after 3.5 months they gave him back his money.

Looking for shops in maryland also.

quality tire is a place to go when u know those people, Jason and kevin have some tight eg's and my friend Brent tints windows there, if u dont know them than I dont know realy what to say, I know the guys there so im not going to bad mouth, they seem smart

aa speed does cutom exaust, its more like a domestic shop, or a place to get ur bottle filled

whos ur friend that was gettin the b16 from vertex, did he drive a white del sol?

never heard of outlaw

dont know any shops in md

also i hear some guy namd steve sakaaki has a shop down in stafford, he has a lof of friendson this board so he is probably a good shop, i think he deals with hondata so he must know his ****

i work at vertex..
mind you.. were not that performance oriented...
but we carry alot of instock items.. and
all basic mods are done quickly and with great customer service..
as far as that B16 that we ordered... it actually did come to us,
but it looked like ****.. so we sent it back...
we dont wanna sell shitty motors... but were lookin for a motor
distriubutor thats local and can deliver....
i am the only guy there that deals with JDM parts...

Do you drive the black ek with the enkei 4-star rims on it? I head that a lot of asian gangsters hang out there and follow people home to jack their **** after they get work done at your place.

I went to Vertex a couple years ago to buy an AEM intake for my old accord, they had it in stock because i talked to them on the phone like a halfhour before i went out to Tysons to buy it, had my cash...talked to a guy, he said he was going to get it.....stood there for like 15 minutes and all the other guys ignored me, didnt see the guy i talked to and everyone else that worked there and was hanging out were gawking at some riced out purple civic....so, i left and bought it at altered atmosphere the next day for the same price but with better service, even though it was a bit farther away (this was when it was in Rockville in the one-bay shop, not the red shop in gaithersburg)

looks lie no one has anything good to say about vertex....in my conclusion i believe the store sucks, has bad customerservice, no knowledge about working on cars, but if u want a big metal wing m sure they have them in stock

I never said Vertex steals stuff, I merely said that it's such an open area that asian gangsters like to hang out there and "pretend" they are potential buyers when in actuality, they are there scoping your **** out. Steve is a good guy in my opinion and he is flexible when it comes to business. I had them install my coilovers/shocks, Mike did it in fact. I just heard of people telling me that they got their **** jacked right after they got work done from Vertex. I didn't say anything about Vertex being behind it.

just curious, but how do you know that the people that stole stuff were asian? I'm italian so it doesnt offend me personally, but its kinda annoying that you assume that all the asian people there would want to steal or would actually steal the stuff that goes out of there.

dyam i was about to go to vertex, and chex out wat they have.....i live like a mile away from them, but never even knew they existed....all i know is that all the cars that come from there looks riced out, w/ out ponies to back them up....about car-trenz,......well evrything said about them is true....they hussle anyone not in the know.....the only way you get good prices from them is if u know more about the products then they do,.....or more often then not, you have to be all cool w/ them like they are your bestfriend to get a decent price......if i were desperate, i would ask a girl to by my **** from them, cause i knoe they always hook up the girls....haha.....looks to me like i need to visit inline pro......where the hell is it n-e-way???....do they have a web site?....

Last time I was at Vertex, Steve was building his 240SX to an S14-15. It looked good. There are a lot of ricers that go there and "show" guys. It's definitely the place to get kits.

I live in Frederick MD and there are two good shops here. T&S customizing and Race Redi they both don't stock much they just order it for you but they know a **** load about cars. The guy paul at T&S is like an 8 year honda gold mechanic or something he knows his ****.

I can beat all these peoples prices

Altered...honestly, I dont really recommend them. All the deals I make through Altered have shown me really how incompetent some of the guys there are...I only talk to one guy there, the rest have only given me wrong information or just wasted my time. If youve got a Stealth or want to dyno your WRX, go to AAM

Inline is great...they know their ****, and are the most expensive shop for a reason. Kind of cocky, but again, in this area, they have a reason to be.

CarTrenz is a joke..unbelievable. These guys do just about everything wrong morally, financially, and humanly. I dont even want to get into it...

Xtreme and MachV are good DSM shops, but I dont know how much credit I would give to their Honda people.

CDE Motorsports is the only shop I have ever dealt with from a customers standpoint, where I ordered my parts, they came in the next day as promised, and were the right parts. No hassle, no BS...a little pricey, but I got my parts in 24 hours with no problems.

If youre looking for a place to buy parts, buy online. If youre looking for a shop to do installs, check out CDE and Inline. Forget the others, IMO.

Yeah, CDE is good. I've dealt with them several times and was never disappointed.
