How to tell if LS OBD1 ECU has been chipped for HONDATA?

I'm buying an obd1 ls ecu from this guy & I'm gonna open it up...
What should I look for to tell if is ready for hondata s200 ?

sorry for the confusion but its the cn2 header or c2 header
looking at the ecu with the plugs tp the left
just left of the 74HC373 latch there is a spot on the board with cn2 printed next to it if there is a 4 pin header soldered intoit its setup for hondata if not and its just socketed then its setup for freeware editors like uber and crome.
so i dident make it up just mixed up a 2 with the 1
