Default F20B Engine Swap

I just was given a 1994 Honda Accord EX Sedan , and was wondering if an F20B would be the right engine to install into her car? I have a private mechanic who can install the engine, and replace the automatic transmission with the manual lsd transmission that comes with the engine. If it is a good swap, what else would have to be bought to fit right?

Not sure if F20 will fit...but the right swap is H22. Nearly direct bolt-in and u can even use F22 tranny.

F20B and H22 are identical blocks with different sleeves and internals...use the same proceedures to swap it in as you would an h22...

From my experience, when I have looked for motors online, f20b is more expensive than an h22 and almost identical power numbers. Check out h22s

All the F20B engines are OBD2, which means you would have to convert it over. Also, there are very few that come with manual trannies, most of them are semi-automatics (clutchless sticks) or auto with manual override...They alse use an electric powersteering system, which I have no idea how to hook up, but im sure you could convert it to hydraulic...

Other than that, it would be a pretty unique swap, as no one has them, and you know it's from an Accord, which probably has been taken care of since it's not from a sports car like the Prelude...
