H22 Teg ..... NA or Boost?
Hi all,
Just swapped an H22A w/LSD into my 98 RS Integra, from a B18B1 to this is night and day. Car pulls hard and I love it .... now I want more power. At this point, motor is totally stock but other mods have been made. (complete suspension (Tokico Illuminas/Eibach pros), CAI, 2.5" exhaust from header to muffler)
Now I'm left to ponder boost or all motor. I am resonably car savy and have decent access to tuners and some great gear heads.
This will be a summer daily driver and I want something reliable. I don't half *** anything so either setup would be done correctly with quality parts the first time.
To be honest, I'd leaning towards forced induction but heresay about constant tinkering scares me off. Any and all info is appreciated, thanks!
On a side note, what if anything should be re-inforced for H series FI? (conservative boost of say 7-8 lbs)

if u have decent accesst to tuners and great gear heads. then u should have no fear.
and the constant tinkering should be easy for the tuners and gear heads.
reinforcing... with 7-8 lbs. u should be fine.. but if u boost.. we all say 7-8. then we get the fever.. and boost more.. blow something.. and then start over again...
but to answer ur question. the H's need to be sleeved, if u plan on turning the boost up.

i say boost honestly the h22 is a good motor cuz honda built it but the parts available for all motor for hte prelude motor is lagging. they dotn ahve clean cams people are still laggin with putting out an intake mnaifold and they just started getting some good ehader out its like wtf. ive seen some seirus setup h22 ur call if u want but i wasnt suprrised at the dyno. i say go turbo

If your gonna supply that kind of an answer, please explain your reasoning in more detail. My question wasn't about cost .....
