Default Jun III head package

Recently purchased jun head package with stage III cams, as well as, arp head studs and nitrate coated valves. I can't decide on whether to fork out all that money for the installation and tuning. For those who have them is it really worth it to install them. I was also told after i bought them that i would not pass emissions. So i am kind of holding off for now.

I don't have emissions or inspections on my car in Michigan... send them to me.

I don't understand, you bought the head package but don't know wether or not to install it? Maybe you should have thought of that before you bought it.

there is nothing to think about when you buy it for a grand, brand new still in the box.

If you have them installed correctly and have a good ECU you should be able to pass inspections.

If not I'll take it off your hands for a reduced price.

I have the JUN3 package myself .. JUN3 cams, JUN retainers, JUN springs, JUN P73 ECU, etc.. I am doing 190whp with minimal tuning of the cam gears, ignition timing, and fuel pressure with an FPR (still using OEM injectors). I would definitely tell you to install and tune the car, the difference is truly night-and-day !! Go here for the whole story .. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=924393

As far as emissions is concerned, that is another story. I had the car checked out and it didn't pass the emissions by a small margin but consider that I was running a test-pipe (no cat converter). My car has only 32k miles and the guy told me that a good high-flow cat would probably get me through emissions .. And yes, there are other ways to pass emissions test
