Default B18C1 into 96 hatch rewiring help

Im swapping a b18c1 into my 96 civic dx. I have a Ex wire harness. I have everything pretty much wired up except for this plug

I checked back on my ex motor that I had and the plug goes to this plug

So I tried going back to my B18C1 block and plugging it into the one on the B18C1 plug, but they didn't match up... it has a 2-pin connector.

What do I need to do here? How I go about rewiring it to make it work or is there a easier way to make it work? Any help would be nice.

I'm not sure if yall get to see the pictures so I'll explain which plug im talking about. On the Ex harness its a 3 pin connector that suppose to plug into a wire that comes out from behind the crank pulley. But on the B18C1, the connector coming from behind the crack pulley has only 2 connectors. Hope this explains my problem a better.
