A multimeter would help in this situation greatly. Check where your electrical flow stops. Battery, ECU, dizzy, wires... check all those out and see where you no longer get anything and tell us. Mainly you need to check to see if your dizzy is getting juice.

Do you have a multimeter to check the plug at the distributor?

Well, you need to check to see if it's the engine harness or the ECU. I'm not good with computers, so someone else is gonna have to help you with that one. Once you check out the ECU, you'll be able to see where the break in current is.

BTW, are you throwing any codes?

do you have power going to the other stuff in your car, like your stereo, gauges, interior lighting, exterior lighting, etc?

have you checked your battery cables, and the battery itself??

I stopped at a gas station in my nissan stanza,
after driving around all day,
fill up,
go to start it up,
it wont start!! gasp! wtf, it was JUST working,

so i pop the hood, the battery cables are on there.. but I try fiddling with em, they seem alil loose but wont go on much more.. I push em on as good as I can.

then the car comes back to life

i have power to everything else...but i put another ecu out of a running car in it and it still wouldnt start...i didnt think that a loose battery connection would make me loose power just to one thing.?

you probably have a fried wire somewhere or a short circuit somewhere this happened to me also, also check the distributor insides (ignitor, coil crap) see if your getting power by hooking up a light tester to the black/yellow plug from the engine harness. the plug that hooks up to your distributor

you can also search too, lots of returns from the search just type in "no spark"
