I was wondering if anyone might know what could be wrong with my motor, when i am driving and let off the gas it jerks a little, and when i pull up to a stop light the car sometimes dies, and the idle is jumping around quite a bit?
Any help would be great..

AIC valve or FIT valve needs to be cleaned?
TPS maybe flaky?

How old are your normal tune-up things like spark plugs?

 

MY tune up items are all brand new, i replace them about every 10,000 miles, just for safety.
