Do all Civics have 4x100 bolt pattern wheels?

I was sold some wheels that I were told would fit a Civic with 4x100, and guess what, they dont fit. So Im just wondering if the guy got confused or something.
In case you are wondering the wheels I got are 15x6 steelies from a 99 Accord. They must be 4x114.

 

Yes, all Civics have 4x100 bolt pattern.

Don't know about the current Accords, but I'm positive that the like 94-97's had 4x114.3 bolt pattern. Probably still the same.

 

be careful, older accords and older preludes have 4x114 instead of the civics 4x100.
so it looks like it will fit but it will not.. bummer.

you mean the bolt pattern right?
or do you mean the center hub in the wheel is not drilled large enough to fit over the hub /axle nut area?

 

90+ accords are 4x114.3 (v6 accords are 5 lug)
89- are 4x100, same with preludes
