Default YAY!!! New problems with my car. Please Help

Ok. I replaced the alternator in my car last week and everything has been good.

I go to start my car this morning and it dosent want to start. It has no codes than, until i go to start it it,than it throws a code 16(something to do with injectors??) The car sounds like it wants to start, but it dosen't.SO i searched Honda tech and came down too two possible culprits. Main Relay or Ignitor. Now I did have a boucny Tach(wich leads me to ignitor) BUT.... the tach got fixed when I adjusted my timing(car was bogging badlt. I fixed the timing and the tach problem went away) SO i opened up my distributor, cleaned the terminals on the ignitor and made sure they were tight. Problem still happened. So I dont know whether its the ignitor or the main relay. The main relay looks good, but I don't know what a bad one looks like either though/

The Car is a 1990 CRX DX w/ a 1998 Y7 swap. Still obd0 and still DPFI. Stock Dx ecu. Need help. Thanks

Is the fuesl pump priming when you turn the car to ON? It should run the fuel pump for about 3 seconds. If you don't hear the fuel pump then the main relay is normally the culprit.

I don't know why you would look at the main relay for a code 16 though.

Check your wiring for the injector resistor box and see if that's all good.

When measuring the resistor box, is the car in the on position? And what is a good reading?

probably off, resistors are a constant thing, they always resist. no power needed.
