I just bought a set of used ITR springs?

Do the longer springs go in the front or the rear? Thanks!

The markings are correct, and the longer springs go in the rear. You'll need a spring compressor for the fronts.

I think its the other way around.

Longer springs up front.

So long springs in front, short springs in back? It doesn't matter what side does it? Cuz I just got a set myself... and I need to put them in.

You might find that one of the two springs should fit better on either the front or rear struts. Other than that, my vote is long springs in front, short in back.

use the pic to determine which of your springs match the ones in the picture. Shocks w/o the eyes on the bottom are the fronts.

So that means the long ones in front, and short ones in back... Thanks.

Yup. Only the rear springs have the rubber on them if you had to use just one characteristic to decide.

Some gsr/ls/gs owners like to run them. They are stiffer and will sit you about 1" lower than stock. Just a subtle suspension mod for those folks.

I use them during the winter when I don't want to gunk up my nice coilovers. Some lucky people don't have to worry about snow and road salt.

I recently swapped my '99 GS springs/shocks for an ITR setup. I didn't get much lowering from it, but the ride is much improved. I don't know why, just know that it's much tighter. Adding a USDM ITR (22mm?) rear sway bar this weekend.

Juss remember when looking at the longer set on the left...the FLAT part right at the top of the spring (in the picture it is at the bottom) means front....Round set on the right means rear.

FLAT = front
ROUND = rear

I use ITR springs on my EK hatch and it rides awesome in combination with fresh SiR dampers.

Very subtle lowering too!

I bought some for my car cuz I got my car used and it came with Ground Control Coilovers... And I'd rather be riding with stock ITR Springs.

fyi, the JDM ITR springs appear to be shorter than the USDM ones. i counted 9 coils on the jdm, as opposed to 10 for the usdm. spring rates should be slightly stiffer also
