Hey I have a few friends with eg's and there antenna goes all the way down into the car (not power antennas) and mine can not, it sticks out like 7 inches when in car and when retracted it is about 25 inches long! is there sumthing wrong here? help me if someone has fixed this problem,

 

might have something blocking it or the mast is rusty and giving you friction. You can check how much clearance you have by taking off the plastic on your A-pillar. You can actually see where the antenna goes down. See if anything is blocking you from going all the way down, otherwise you probably have a dirty mast.

If it bugs you that much you can buy new antenna's for around ten bux.
