Default Suspension dilema

My JDM ITR came equiped spoon N1 coilovers, the spring rates are 14kg(780lbs) front and 12kg (670lbs) rear and on our crap roads its just undriveable! On good roads its actually very comfortable, but i use the car as a daily driver and the road i travel to work is far from being smooth and i'm limited to driving at less than 60mph. I have two options:
(1) fit the stock suspension (which was in the car when i bought it) but get a set of eibach/H&R/Tein S tech springs (havent decided yet) as i really like the lowered stance at the moment....or
(2) Buy less stiff Spoon springs to fit (10f/8r???)

would there be much of a difference with the slighlty lesser rated springs? At teh moment on bumpy raods the car would literally bounce of the road if i didnt slow down and in some places i have to slow to under 50mph just to stop the car being shook to pieces.......I have the dampers set at 2 in the front and 1 in the rear (1 being softest).........what to do??????????

do you track the car? if so, you should probably just get softer springs. BTW, how are the Advan rims holding up? Dented yet?

Did I need to be that clear?

anyway, I doubt I could afford the shipping alone

But I hope he's willing to be reasonable

coorect stealth, i have the stock suspension so no need for trades/part trades, plus i'm in europe which makes shipping a bitch. I dont track the car, its my daily driver and coilovers are a bit over kill on a daily driver. Just as a matter of interest what kind of price does everyone think i'd get for them, theyre in excellent condition and i doubt very much the car ever seen a track in its life.

...and the advans are as good as new...no dents and hopefully they'll stay that way!!!

Bbasso when i said it was in the car i meant that literally, it was lying on the back seat, the car came with N1 coilovers installed and stock suspension plus the LegalisR layin in the back (it had a spoon N1 installed, which i removed and fitted the fujitsubo instead)

Ok so i managed to blag Bridgestone suspension from a friend of mine (for nothing...he owes me big time) but it was in an EG JDM SiR II but was pretty firm, so its being dropped in tommorow morning to see what its like and if i dont like it, its coming straight back out again (once i have taken the car for a good long drive over various crap/poor/good/excellent roads to see how it performs. If its no good i think i might get lesser rated springs and was thinking on 10kgs front and 8kgs rear (8kg straight springs are the softest spoon make) Would 8kg be too soft for the front (bearing in mind i can adjust the shocks hard/soft to compensate a little?????
