Default LSvtec...no fuel

Ok, just put together an lsvtec. The car used to have a b16...it ran fine. Now with the new motor there is pressure at the rail but nothing going through the injectors. Any idea what my problem could be?

Ok here's whats happening. There is voltage at them and when the pump comes on just when you turn the key it goes up to just over 12 volts. Then when i'm cranking the voltage is all eratic.

So then i checked the resistance and its like 2.7 ohms. Any idea? I tried new injectors, I'm using 1990 b18a peak and hold injectors.

I'm using a resister box from the same car. And i even tried a new one. For an ecu I'm using a pm6 modified by zdyne for pr3. I also tried a stock pm6 just to try and get it started. So thats where i'm at.

the erratic voltage you are seeing is the injectors "pulsing". that's normal.
how do you know that there is no fuel coming from the injectors? take one out and check it.
