On my quest to get back to stock suspension...
Well, now I've got a deal going where I'm going to buy some stock ITR springs and take those Neuspeed ones out. I'm guessing the Neuspeeds (Race) have been on there for probably more than 10,000 miles (they're on there with the stock ITR shocks). The car was never raced or auto-x with this suspension setup (is what I was told, but you never know). Do you think the stock shocks are okay? Or are they already blown? Reason I'm asking is because I don't know how the ride was when this guy first put them on. I figured if they're already shot, then I'll install the stock ITR springs with some new shocks instead of putting blown shocks back in.
Is there a way to test the shock while I have it uninstalled to see if it's okay?
And if they are blown, what shock goes well with the stock ITR spring?
Sorry for all of the questions, but I just got the car and am in the process of trying to UNDO the crappy mods someone else put on the car. Thanks for any info.

I would recommend buying a stock shock/spring combo. Stock shocks and spring assemblies can be bought for about $300. You can sell your current springs for $100 or so.
One advantage of buying the set is that you will not have to mess around with a spring compressor. Installation is very easy.
The only way of determiningif the current shocks are blown(assuming they are not leaking) is to test them with a shock dyno, a not very common piece of equipment.

Would I go back to dealership and order the suspension from there? Or where should I go to source these parts new? As far as the spring compressor goes, I actually have a very nice, sturdy set that I can use so that won't be a problem.
Oh, and yeah, I would be selling these damn Neuspeeds to anyone who wants 'em. $100.00 sounds good. And you're right, you don't see too many shock dynos around, hehehe.

You could go to a dealer. However, I would guess that you could probably buy a nice set of coilovers or the amount of money that they will charge you. Put a WTB in the classifieds section. You should not have any trouble finding a set with low miles.
