you know how the distributor has slots so you can rotate it forward/backward when its bolted up? start it up and move that back and forth to see which position runs smoothest (thats iginition timing). if its not that check your idle air control valve (IACV) or your throttle position sensor (TPS). check your firing order. good luck bro

well i know the dizzy isnt bad because i drove the car to the auto store and bought a cap and rotor so i took off the dizzy to replace that... i put it on and problem started. it just doesnt make sense to me why it would do that.. the firing order that it has is.. from bottom left going clockwise.. 3124 and i seaeched for firing order and i came with 2 different ones.. but when i try those car doesnt start at all. they are from bottom left clockwise... 3421 and 1342 please help it doesnt make sense that i put the distributor back on and this happeneds..

Borrow the dizzy of a friend, and start debugging from there.
Rotor? Module? etc.

I'm not psychic, so can't help you much more then this.
