I have a stock Accord and thinking of adding an Injen Short Ram Intake and Eibach Pro-Kit just for l
Hey guys, just to paint the picture, I own a black 2001 4dr Accord 4cyl LX. It has tinted windows, xenon lights, and 17 inch 6-spoke rims. Now I know it will never be a fast car, but it does have a sleek look. However the rims have given it a raised look, so I'm thinking about Eibach pro-kit 1.5 inch drop because I heard that Eibach will give u the looks and feel you want without sacrificing too much ride quality. Also I want to be able to keep my stock alignment kit and avoid excessive wear on my tires. Do you guys have any input? Is Eibach Pro-Kit the way to go to achieve the looks and feel without giving up too much ride quality and tire wear?
Also, my V-Tec sounds pretty nice (raspy and loud) as it is, alls it has is a K&N air filter which just isn't doing it for me anymore. I'm thinking about getting an Injen Short Ram intake mostly for the noise, i heard the V-Tec soudns totally different with a Short Ram resonating in the engine bay. As far as power gains, I would expect a lil bit of a punch to the vehicle but honestly even if there's little or no power gains I wouldn't mind. As long as there's no power loss on the upgrade. Anyone know how this would turn out? I just don't want to install the Cold-Air because they are not as loud, harder install, and mainly it's more pricey.
Well those are my 2 issues at hand, sorry that the post was so long, if any fellow Accord owners wanna gimme some input that wold be VERRRy nice. Thank you!

CAI's sound better IMO, and actually have some power addition potential.....but its just an intake....not a big decision when it comes down to it......
IMO, dump the larger wheels, and get some lightweight 16's or 15's...you might think they are less "cool", but for the money, you could get alot nicer 15's or 16's w/ good tires.....with a 1.5" drop, itll look REALLY nice.....
eibach are a good choice.....you might wanna think about upgrading to an adj. gas shock while your at it.....tokico illuminas or koni yellows are
