Default ITR tune up, need advice on best products to use?

Well, I was wondering if you guys can help me on my decision on what to buy for the ITR for tune up purpose. The car's tune up is not due yet but I want to be prepare.

Spark Plugs?

Spark Plug Wires?

Fuel Filter?

Air Filter?

Cap & Rotor?

Radiator Fluid?

Tranny Fluid?

Motor Oil?

If I forgot to mentioned something let me know.
My ITR is in stock conditions, except for the intake (AEM CAI) and JDM ITR Headers with a crapy aftermarket exhaust. Any advice is greatly appreaciated. Thanks in advance guys.

I would be called a biased person if I said OEM.

Spark Plugs? NGK or Denso platinum's

Spark Plug Wires? OEM or NGK

Fuel Filter? OEM (Just because you'll know it fits perfect)

Air Filter? Put your stock intake back on, K&N's let in too much dirt.

Cap & Rotor? OEM

Radiator Fluid? OEM

Tranny Fluid? Anything but OEM. There are much better mission fluids out there.

Motor Oil? German Castrol Syntec 0w30 (found only at auto zone)

Oil Filter? You forgot this one, but OEM Honda S2000 filters are very good. They are identical to Honda Japan's HAMP filters.

Don't forget to drop a bottle of Techron in your gas, or you could use something called fuel power that you add 2oz's every time you fill up. It is a very good fuel system cleaner.

Spark Plugs?OEM or Denso Iridium IK20

Spark Plug Wires? OEM or NGK

Fuel Filter?OEM

Air Filter?Clean and Re-oil the K&N

Cap & Rotor?OEM

Radiator Fluid?OEM

Tranny Fluid?OEM, still the best if you do not have a grind issue.

Motor Oil? I prefer Motul but will be giving German Castrol a try.

For a car only driven on the street, Honda MTF and Castrol GTX will be fine.

BG44K is good, I have been using Motul 'Engine Clean' lately though.

Spark Plugs? NGK

Spark Plug Wires? Magnecor

Fuel Filter? OEM

Air Filter? OEM setup with a stock type K&N replacement filter

Cap & Rotor? OEM

Radiator Fluid? OEM with Water Wetter (water wetter is a surfactent-you can actually use a few drops of diluted dishwashing liquid) look up the ingredients if you like

Tranny Fluid? OEM is the only one I have used but I have heard good things about Motul

Motor Oil? Mobil 1 or what AW said. I have also read on HT about Motul ( I will try on the next oil change me-self)

Here's my tune up procedure:

Spark Plug Wires: MSD 8.5MM Wires (better than NGK)
Spark Plugs: NGK R, Denso Iridium, NGK iridium

Fuel Filter, Oil Filter: Honda fuel filter, oil filter pointless, I change my oil every 3Kmi so any will do

Cap & rotor: OEM Honda, or upgraded Crane Cams rotor

Radiator fluid: Any w/water wetter

Tranny fluid: Honda MTL, Amsoil gear lube

Motor oil: Amsoil 5w30 synthetic every 3K mi

Motor driven to 8200K rpms daily...
