Hi, I'm new to this forum but a few of you may have seen me on v6p.net, honduh.com or 6thgenaccord.com. I'll try to become a active member on this forum as I somewhat am to the other forums. I have some knowledge of the (6thgen) AV6 and 4banger accords so I can contribute there.


Question:
I have a 4banger accord and was about to install a set of UR pulleys onto my car but there seems to have been some disputes about how they will slowly kill my engine through vibrations but I've talked to a few 4banger accords that have UR pulleys have have not experienced this problem. If anyone on this forum have these pulleys, UR, then please post your comments about them and if you experienced any problems and how many miles you had them on for. Thanks

 

The PS and Alt pulleys should be ok, but the debate has been about an unbalanced crank pulley. Since it's not balanced, it can/could slowly kill your motor. This is my understanding of it. No proof to back it up really
