Default Tranny question

Ive had a problem where the car sticks in reverse quite often. When the clutch is pushed in all the way the car wants to stop it's self, but half way it is fine. Also, it is difficult to down shift into first or second. After replacing the clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and T.O.B. the problem has not gone away. We believe it is the syncro inside of the tranny.
If anybody could explain to me if i should try to get a new tranny or get the syncro replaced i would appriciate it. also, if anybody has had this problem and your solutions would be helpful
thanks
