Default ls/vtec problems

this is my motor
It has a 1998 Type-R Cylinder Head, The bottom end consists of a 1996 LS Block with spoon sports pistons and brand new bearings. It has a STR Competition Fuel Rail with a paxton fuel pressure regulator., Skunk 2 Cam gears, DC Sports 4-2-1 Header to a full Apexi N1 exhaust. The suspension consists of Tokico non adjustable shocks and Neuspeed Race Springs. The transmission is a JDM b16a and has a Spoon Sports Flywheel
ok and this is what happened from the start...
i was driving one day and i stopped and i noticed i was leaking antifreeze, i drove the car home and it was above half on the temp meter, after that i let the car sit for about 1 week and i fixed the leak then i started the car and it was runnin like it was misfiring so i replaced the spark plugs and it ran normal, but after all that i noticed that my car was running lean, it used to run rich and when i got on it it would go to stoich, now when i drive it sits at stoich and when i get on it it goes to lean and it doesnt go back to stoich after i go into vtec a few times it will stay lean.the car feels like it lost power since i let it sit and had to replace the plugs
i tried changing my fuel filter and i switched out my injectors with another set of b16 injectors and it still was running the same.
and also i dont have a check engine light so i have no clue what the prob is, does anyone have any idea??????????????????????????
