93 Hatch with 5 lug what wheel offset?

i did a search and found nothing so heres my question. I got a 1993 CX hatch with an Integra type R 5 lug conversion. I was looking at getting these Kosei wheels 15x7, but they have a 38 offset , will these wheels fit and not poke out, any info appreciated, anyone have Kosei wheels what are your opinions, good or not?

38 is fine...just don't go any lower than that...35 or 32 and you will rub like crazy.

cause he was looking to get these Kosei wheels 15x7.
