im thinking about building my LS head for a basic NA set up. cash flow is slow for me and i was wondering will i feel anything with just buddy club spec 3 cam gears set @ O? is there a safe degree i can set it @ for stock ls i/e cams? thanks. all i have is an apexi n1 catback and no intake resonator. thanks and sorry for the newbie question.

 

Save up more money.Get some cams.Then get some cam gears.Dont switch the order in buying them because thats just retarted.

 

No you won't notice a difference with the cam gears set at zero because it will be the same as the stock setting. You may be able to gain some HP by getting them dyno tuned but theres no real point in that until you get some more mods.

 

nope not if u keep it at TDC...u might as well save ur cash till u work on improving the cars breathing. Then get the cam gears. Good luck.
