The b16 block bored out with aftermarket internals, oem type r pumps etc.. And a ctr head. You would have some descent displacement, plenty of reliability and most of all plenty of power

You have to find what YOU like. There are too many setup's and people have different result's with each.
You have to find out what work's best for you and that you like the most. Do some research this topic has been covered a million time's before!
