when the car is turned on it starts really weak, then after 10 seconds it goes to normal, and it has a clicking sound. tick tick tick tick tick tick tick. i think that it might be a spun bearing or broken valve, but im not sure. so any help?

its a d16y8 engine

 

if its coming from inside the motor its gonna need to be rebuilt. While the car is on, get a screwdriver with interchangeable heads (but dont put any heads on it) and put it on the valve cover and put your ear on the screw driver and listen to the motor.

Does it do the ticking sound when the car is warm? most honda engines sound like that when theyre cold
