used pistons, yes/no ?

std bore ctr, told they have 5000 miles (with rings/pins). o.k to have used psitons or stay away ?

Depend on condition.

But new is the way to go.

clean 'em, check them for scars or deformity, get new rings and you should be good to go

i replaced my stock b16a usdm pistons with ctr, (used) do i still have to break it in?

u dont break in the pistons you break in the rings. so if u get new rings (which i suggest) the answer is yes
