Damaged heater core outlet. Help!

I had this happen to me, but I was replacing my heater core with a new one, so it didn't really matter to me that I damaged the inputs/outputs.
From that second pic in your other thread, it looks like it should be ok.
Maybe when you reinstall the hose, put some silicon around the outlet. With the clamp, and silicon that should make a good seal.

Yes. But you have to take your entire dash out, but I'm sure you already knew that.
