how do the two compare? crossdrilled/slotted vs the solid disc rotors?

very little diffrence, the drilled/slotted vent air. I doubt you do any extended racing.. so this would'nt apply to you too much. Plus the vented/slotted rotors are skimpy on quality 9/10 times. A few companys have done it right, stoptech, willwood, but stay away from that ebay ****.

I like solid cuase i don't have to worry about them cracking, and a brembo blank will always get the job done. Track or street.

Stay away from the cross drilled. The holes start to crack after awhile. I'm going to get slotted next time. Keep an eye out for bluish heat checks too.
