okay, to the point- my bulbs suck ***. I can't see a damn thing on the road, and its worse living here in italy because nobody uses any damn lights or reflectors. So to avoid an accident I would like to know a little more about bulbs.

I've seen so many and I don't know whats the best, what to look for, hell what kind to get.
I think that PIAA seems to have an awesome selection, but a little info about bulbs and recommendations would be helpful.

Also, where could I get a set of nicely priced Angle Eyes for my 91 CRX si, with the black housing, not the shitty shiny one.

In my opinion the aftermarket angel eyes are more for show than actual function. Some people have said that they are not that bright. I would suggest the 9005 high beam bulb conversion, I did it and I love it. Very easy to do this conversion, It took me 5 minutes to do. Try all yellow bulbs. I ran them in my 95 Jetta (with Golf GTi headlamps) and had all three sets of lights running yellows. Max Gold from Auto Indulgence in Lomita, CA. And Osram all seasons in my oem fogs. Anyway, they're legal in CA (Pursuant to V.C. 20590). Yellow light provides more contrast in "shittier" weather. Just don't run blue. Please.
