I miss tegs, and I need a daily driver. If I get an R, I'll leave it pure for daily driver duties, and maybe an auto-x.

But on a serious note, why would anyone trade backward to a 1990 car? Especially one that has problems running right and modifications that may not fit everyone's taste.
When you throw mods into a car, you can't expect a return from them once you decide to sell the car...$16,500 is really too much as cleaner and faster S14 only go around for $13,000.

I want to meet the person who trades you their ITR for your 240. It is just an unfair trade from my perspective. You want to straight trade a car that is worth what $1500-4000 with $13 to 14k dropped into it in mods for a car that is easily worth 15k-21k easily depending on condition. You might want to know that a car is not worth all the mods you put in it. I doubt anyone sane will straight trade you their R or S2000 unless there are major problems with it. Like I said, I would surely like to meet the person who does do so. Good Luck though.

thanks for all the replies, I'm just looking for someone that wants a RWD project car. I've seen a few R's going for less than 15K so I'm hoping to find one of those. If its a project car it doesn't need to be reliable per-say. Oh well, I still have at least two interested parties. One is a real R, the other is a 95 GS-R with R interior, motor, etc.

well, just to let all the people that doubted me know: I am now the proud owner of ITR 00-0572.
70K miles on the body. 1 owner clean title. 24K on a 98 Spec ITR motor w/ tranny and a JUN header.
I think I made out pretty well.
