okay i have a stock type r bottom end with j.e pistons 10.5.1,b16 head with type r p/p,crower springs and retainers, crower 402 cams type r intake manifold,rc 310 inj,bullfrog tb 65mm, dc header 4/1 non jdm, mugen program, vafc 2

it only hit 171.9 hp i forgot tq i belive 128

which cams should i get i was looking into toda spec b help please

 

i bet alot of people are going to tell you to throw your header out and get a new one. 4-1 header (jdm dc, SMSP, toda, jun) youll see some gains with one of those headers.
skunk2 cam gears are good. also are you running a cat back exhaust? also look at importreview.com they have alot of dynos where you can compare products.

 

yeah man, you got alot of work done but it looks like your header is your problem. get a different one like one SMSP and youll prolly see 185HP 135TQ

 

Stock GSR manifold whats up! ha ha just kidding, all motor is tons of money to be fast, well if you have a CRX, a stock Type R motor will send you to mid 13's, god i wish i had a CRX!
