Default Painting WW RS

I have a Wings West RS lip that got to be painted. My question, does it have to be primed before putting paint on? It is made from urethane, so I don't know what's the deal with it...

Primer helps the paint stick to the body of the lip.

Yeah. Is there a special kind of primer you use with urethane or what?

They have bumper paint stripper at autozone. It's like $6. Don't spray the entire bumper at once. Do little spots at a time and scrape it off.
