Default Weird problem with boost control...

I just got a new turbo xs dual stage HP. Got it installed and went 3 turns out on stage one and 5 turns out on stage 2. On low boost it is making about 18psi and then we switch to high boost and only get 12 psi. WTF? It is hooked up correctly.

Try clicking it on and off. The solenoid could be sticking a little. Also, double check your installation here........ https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=666055. And if all else fails, read the directions.........or call turboxs. hehe

we found this problem on the dyno yesterday. I was wondering why we were getting beat on the big end in bristol. The high boost switch is on the shifter and hits in 3rd gear. When we shifted into 3rd we were losing 140+hp.

Here is how it is hooked up. COmpressor line goes directly to the side nipple on the tial wastegate. Top nipple feeds to the bottom of the boost controller and the line from the side of the boost control taps back into the compressor line. That is how the directions say to hook it up. SHould it only go to the side nipple of the wastegate and tthe top nipple vent to atmosphere? This mbc really has me confused because I removed the single stage one that I had and replaced it with the dual stage and it is screwball.

This is how I have my sbc hooked up. Not sure how different the dual stage is. Side nipple of wastegate to controller. Vacuum source is back of intake mani (you'll see pressure drop if it is on the turbo). I'm sure you've tried adjusting the high boost side more. I dunno. I would call turboxs.
